 July 2016 - A short backpacking trip through the heart of the Sierra Nevada range of California. All of the ground I covered I had covered some 32 years ago. Funny how time blotted out the nastiness of N. Dragon Pass.

Mountain biking with new friends and Peru friends

Miguel

A couple days of riding with some new friends and our mountain biking guide from when we went to Peru. Miguel (Miky) is on a several week trip to the U.S. and Canada and is a class act in every way. We were honored to be part of the plan and have him stay overnight with us for a night during his Tahoe Itinerary. Similar to last year an impromptu 4th of July party (on the 2nd) evolved from virtually nothing into a helluva good time with friends old and new showing up for a BBQ.
